You'll dive into mindful painting, enjoy delicious Mediterranean food made with love, recharge your energy through yoga – and find calm through meditation.
No experience is needed here. Just an open heart and a desire to reconnect with your creativity – in a warm and supportive community.

Day 1 - Wednesday

2:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Painting workshop with Hege – all levels welcome  

5:30 PM – 6:30 PM – Walk along the beach

7:00 PM – Dinner

Day 3 - Friday

Day 4 - Saturday

6:00 PM – We drive to Altea for dinner out (dinner not included)

🎨 Meet Hege – Your Painting Guide and Retreat Hostess

 

My name is Hege – and I know how it feels to doubt yourself. To feel restless, stuck, and long for more breathing space, more meaning, and more creativity. It was through painting that I found my way back to myself – and the calm I now feel in front of the canvas is something I would love to share with you.

After more than 25 years with a brush and colors, and thousands of participants in my courses and workshops, I know one thing for sure:
Painting isn’t about performance – it’s about coming home.

When we paint intuitively, without expectations or rules, we open the door to something deeper. A stillness within. A sense of presence, playfulness, and freedom.

And when that happens under the Spanish sun, in our lush garden surrounded by palm trees and flowers, something magical unfolds. Every time I come here, my shoulders drop almost instantly. It’s as if time slows down. The nature, the light, and the colors invite you to breathe deeply and just be.

It’s in this space – free from noise and pressure – that art can truly grow. I don’t just create a course, I create a community. A space where you can be yourself, feel the joy of creating, and be inspired by other women who long for the same things as you – more peace, more creativity, and a deeper connection to themselves.

You don’t need to be an “artist” to join.
You just need to be you.

We offer accommodation in double rooms with shared bathrooms. 

You need to bring (not included) 

  • Canvas primed on a roll  (for example this)  or normal canvases
  • Your own paint clothes / apron
  • If you have some favorite tool 
  • Your own yoga mat if you want to join the yoga sessions
  • Caps / sunglasses 
  • Sunscreen
  • Clothes
  • Warm clothes for evening and morning yoga 
  • Clothes and shoes for hiking / walking

Casablanca is our holiday home, and we love having friends and family around uss.

During your stay, we will treat you like family, and we will do our best to make your visit as enjoyable as possible..

 

Casablanca is our dream holiday home, featuring a 1,400 square meter secluded garden.

Surrounded by flowers, fruit trees, and palm trees, the garden is the perfect place to relax by the pool, enjoy a sensory walk, or play a game of petanque.

The rooftop terrace is ideal for yoga, watching the sunrise and sunset, and taking in the stunning 360-degree views of the Mediterranean and the mountains that surround our home
